Elite Meats was established in January 2013 by James Skipper & Wes Dempsey. Both and abroad. Our vision is to bring back the old school, local butchery where your grandparents used to shop. We provide the best service and advice, fresh quality meat and produce.
Elite meats is a free range butchery, specialising in only fresh carcase meat, all our Beef, Lamb, Pork, chicken are sourced from local producers, boned and prepared on the premises. Supermarkets especially, cut and sell meat that has been vacuum packed for anywhere up to three months, where ours is delivered fresh weekly, ham, bacon and Jerky are all prepared on site using traditional methods and recipes.
